Cameron holds a degree in commerce, a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and is a 10 year long member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.

Monique Perry
Operation Manager
Meet Monique Perry, our Operation Manager – Monique started her career in finance at Goldman Sachs in London in their Investment Banking Division. There, she served as a valuable resource for Partners, Presidents, and VPs in the risk management department, having managed key Senior Partners and Managing Director’s scheduling and workflow before moving into their Merchant Banking Division.
Since joining in 2010, Monique has been an integral part of Perry Finance as our Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees all systems and processes within the firm. You will find her enjoying time with her young family when she is not at work.

Lydia Eng
General Manager
Meet Lydia Eng, our General Manager – she began her Mortgage Broking career as our director’s Executive Assistant and quickly moved along to Loan Administrator, where she gained in-depth knowledge across the Commercial and Residential spaces.
Having worked across different sectors within the Financial Services industry and Lydia’s sharp attention to detail, she ensures the smooth operations of the business and experience for all our clients.
She graduated on the Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting from the University of Queensland and holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
She loves exploring Melbourne’s gourmet food scene during her spare time and is a budding golfer.

Geoff Fox
Credit Advisor
Geoff Fox, our Credit Advisor at Perry Finance, brings a wealth of expertise to his role. With a diverse background spanning the Corporate, Commercial, and Residential sectors within the financial services industry, Geoff possesses a deep understanding of Bank requirements, garnered through extensive experience at a major Bank throughout his career.
In addition, Geoff holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a proud member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
Geoff understands the issues his customers face and works with them to provide tailored solutions to meet their personal or business goals.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Geoff maintains strong connections with local sporting clubs. As a life member of the Bundoora Park Cricket Club, he has dedicated his time to coaching junior teams and has served in executive positions within the Clubs he supports.

Kendall Wignell
Client Services Officer
Kendall is our Client Services Officer and skilled Loan Administrator within the Perry Finance Team. Although Kendall is relatively new to the Finance industry after spending most of her adult career in the Australian Army, her eagerness to learn, attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction sets her apart.
Her contributions as a Loan Administrator have been recognised, earning her an award winner at the MFAA State Excellence Awards VIC/TAS 2023, and she is now a finalist for the National MFAA State Excellence Awards.
Outside of her professional achievements, Kendall enjoys exploring the great outdoors hiking new trails with her young family and playing Netball each week.
